The NBA Scores for last night’s games
The Atlanta Hawks beat the Boston Celtics 114-112, the Detroit Pistons defeated the Charlotte Hornets 109-104, the Brooklyn Nets were victorious over the Cleveland Cavaliers 99-97, and the Dallas Mavericks bested the Denver Nuggets 90-86.
The top scorers from last night’s games
Pascal Siakam – Toronto Raptors
Siakam scored a career-high 44 points (15-25 FG, 5-9 3PT, 9-10 FT) with eight rebounds and three assists in the Raptors’ 122-117 win over the Houston Rockets.
Luka Doncic – Dallas Mavericks
Doncic continued his strong play of late, putting up 42 points (15-24 FG, 4-6 3PT, 8-11 FT), 11 assists and nine rebounds in the Mavericks’ 111-103 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Kemba Walker – Boston Celtics
Walker had 32 points (12-24 FG, 5-12 3PT, 3-5 FT), five rebounds and five assists in the Celtics’ 109-101 win over the Brooklyn Nets.
The highlights from last night’s games
The Golden State Warriors outlasted the Phoenix Suns in a high-scoring affair, winning 142-116. Stephen Curry led the way for the Warriors, scoring 29 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field. Kevin Durant (24 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists) and Klay Thompson (21 points) also had strong games for Golden State.
The Houston Rockets used a strong second half to defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves 121-104. James Harden led the Rockets with 28 points and 10 assists, while Chris Paul added 23 points and eight assists of his own. Karl-Anthony Towns had a double-double (19 points, 12 rebounds) for the Timberwolves in the losing effort.
The Los Angeles Clippers cruised to a 113-105 win over the Sacramento Kings thanks to a big game from Tobias Harris. Harris scored 30 points on 11-of-18 shooting to go along with eight rebounds and four assists. Danilo Gallinari added 24 points for the Clippers in the victory.
