Introduction

The 2020 NFL season is over, and it was a wild one. From the Kansas City Chiefs winning their second consecutive Super Bowl to the Los Angeles Rams making a surprise run to the playoffs, there was no shortage of storylines.

Now that the dust has settled, let’s take a look at what we learned from the 2020 NFL season.

First and foremost, we learned that the Chiefs are still the team to beat in the NFL. Led by Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, they have one of the most talented rosters in the league and are poised to make another run at a title next season.

We also learned that the Rams are a team on the rise. Despite missing out on the playoffs, they were one of the most improved teams in the league and should be a force to be reckoned with in 2021.

On a less positive note, we learned that several teams are in need of serious rebuilding projects. The New York Jets, for example, finished with just two wins and fired head coach Adam Gase after just two seasons. The Houston Texans also had a disappointing year and fired head coach Bill O’Brien midway through the season. It’s clear that both of these teams have significant work to do if they want to compete for a playoff spot next season.

Finally, we learned that there is still no clear-cut favorite in the NFC East. The Philadelphia Eagles won the division with just an 8-8 record and will host a playoff game despite being one of the worst teams in the league. The Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants both had disappointing seasons but will have a chance to turn things around next year. And while they didn’t win the division, don’t count out the Washington Football Team – they could be dangerous if they can put everything together next season.

The Good

The Good
The NFL season is over, and it was a great one. There were many ups and downs, but overall it was a great season. Here are some of the things we learned from the season:

-The New England Patriots are still the best team in the NFL. They have a great coach, a great quarterback, and a great defense. They are also very well-balanced.
-The Green Bay Packers are also a very good team. They have a great quarterback, a good coach, and a good defense. They are also very well-balanced.
-The Pittsburgh Steelers are a very good team. They have a great coach, a great quarterback, and a great defense. They are also very well-balanced.
-There are some other good teams in the NFL, but these three teams are the best.

The Bad

1) There is no clear-cut favorite in the NFL
2) The NFC is wide open, while the AFC appears to be a two-team race
3) Injuries are a part of the game, and they can happen to any team at any time
4) There are a lot of talented young players in the league, and they are making an impact
5) Parity is alive and well in the NFL

The Ugly

The 2017 NFL season was one for the history books. For the first time in nearly a decade, we had a team go undefeated from wire to wire. The Philadelphia Eagles looked unstoppable at times, while other teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots struggled to find their footing.

But as always, there were plenty of lessons to be learned from this season. Here are some of the biggest takeaways from the 2017 NFL season:

1. The importance of a strong offensive line: This was perhaps most evident in the Eagles’ case, as they had one of the best offensive lines in the league. It allowed them to not only protect their quarterback but also open up huge running lanes for their star running back, LeSean McCoy.

2. The importance of a strong defense: In years past, we’ve seen teams with great offenses win championships, but this year it was the defense that really made a difference. Both the Eagles and Jaguars had top-five defenses, and it showed on the field.

3. turnovers are key: It’s no secret that turnovers can be game-changing plays, and this was especially true this season. The Jaguars led the league in turnover differential, and it was a big reason why they were able to make it to the AFC Championship game.

4. special teams matter: We saw time and time again this season how big of an impact special teams can have on a game. Whether it was a missed field goal or a punt return for a touchdown, special teams always seemed to be making plays when it mattered most.

5. never give up: We saw multiple teams come back from double-digit deficits to win games this season, proving that you should never count a team out until the final whistle blows.

Conclusion

The 2020 NFL season was unique in many ways, but it also taught us a lot about the league and its teams. Here are some of the biggest things we learned:

-The Kansas City Chiefs are the best team in the league. They have a dynamic offense led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and they also have a very good defense. They are the clear favorite to win the Super Bowl.
-The Baltimore Ravens are also a very good team, but they have some concerns on offense. Quarterback Lamar Jackson is great, but he struggled at times during the season. The Ravens will need him to be at his best if they want to win a Super Bowl.
-The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a good team, but they have some questions on defense. Their offense is explosive, but their defense gave up a lot of points during the season. They will need to play better defense if they want to win a Super Bowl.
-The Green Bay Packers are a good team, but they have some concerns on offense. Their quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, is one of the best in the league, but he didn’t have his best season in 2020. The Packers will need him to be at his best if they want to win a Super Bowl.
-The New Orleans Saints are a good team, but they have some concerns on defense. Their offense is great, but their defense gave up a lot of points during the season. They will need to play better defense if they want to win a Super Bowl.
