WWE Survivor Series

WWE Survivor Series is one of WWE’s “Big Four” pay-per-view events, along with WrestleMania, Royal Rumble and SummerSlam. The event was created in 1987 and has been held annually ever since. It is traditionally held in November and features a series of matches pitting teams of WWE Superstars against each other. The 2014 Survivor Series will take place on Sunday, November 23 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

WWE Royal Rumble

WWE Royal Rumble is a professional wrestling event produced annually by WWE, a Connecticut–based promotion, and broadcast live and available through pay-per-view (PPV) and the WWE Network. The event is notable for featuring the Royal Rumble match, which involves 30 wrestlers vying for a world championship match at WrestleMania.

The first Royal Rumble took place on January 24, 1988, and was broadcast live on the USA Network. The following year’s event, held on January 15, 1989, was the first to be available through pay-per-view. All subsequent events have been available through PPV; since 2002 this has included digital distribution by InDemand in North America and some other territories. Until 2014, international broadcasts were typically shown free-of-charge via another WWE Network provider but may now be subject to regional blackout restrictions.
