HUT Rush

HUT Rush is a new mode available in NHL®22 that can be played offline or online with friends. Up to four players can join forces in this co-operative mode and take on AI-controlled opponents in a fast-paced, 3v3 version of hockey. With no offsides or icing, and less time on the clock, HUT Rush is all about speed, entertainment, and most importantly – goals!

3v3 Eliminator

In 3v3 Eliminator, four teams of three players each compete in a single-elimination brackets. The winner is the last team standing. Play begins with all teams having two goals and one life. When a team scores, they win a goal, and when they lose, they lose a life. The first team to score two goals wins the match.

If the score is tied at the end of regulation, there will be a five-minute overtime period. If the score is still tied after overtime, the match will be decided by a shootout.

Conclusion

NHL 22 concludes with yet another strong year for the series, with new customization options, AI improvements, and more. While there are still some areas that could use some work, such as the franchise mode and online play, NHL 22 is another great entry in the series that should not be missed by fans of hockey gaming.
