American League Standings

The Baltimore Orioles are in first place in the American League East with a record of 17-10. The Boston Red Sox are in second place with a record of 16-11. The New York Yankees are in third place with a record of 15-12. The Tampa Bay Rays are in fourth place with a record of 12-15. The Toronto Blue Jays are in last place with a record of 10-17.

National League Standings

As of September 8th, 2020, the Los Angeles Dodgers lead the National League with a record of 32-15. The Atlanta Braves are in second place with a record of 29-18. The Chicago Cubs are in third place with a record of 28-19. The San Diego Padres are in fourth place with a record of 27-20.

East

The National League East is one of Major League Baseball’s six divisions. The Atlanta Braves have the most National League East titles, winning the division 14 times since its inception in 1969. The Philadelphia Phillies have won the division 12 times, while the New York Mets have won it five times. The Washington Nationals (formerly the Montreal Expos) and Miami Marlins (formerly the Florida Marlins) have each won the division twice.

As of 2019, the Nationals are in first place, followed by the Phillies, Mets, Braves, and Marlins.

West

The National League West is a division of the National League in Major League Baseball. The division was created on July 13, 1969, when the National League expanded to 12 teams by adding the San Diego Padres and the Montreal Expos.

The National League West consists of five teams: the Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres, and San Francisco Giants. As of the 2019 season, the Chicago Cubs are the defending World Series champions.
