As you play through the game and complete certain objectives, you’ll be awarded with Virtual Currency (VC). You can use this VC to purchase a variety of items in the game, including new shoes.

There are a total of six shoes that you can buy in NBA 2K20: three for MyPLAYERs and three for MyTEAM players. The three shoes for MyPLAYERs are the Nike Kobe AD, Nike Kyrie 5, and Under Armour Curry 7. The three shoes for MyTEAM players are the Adidas Harden Vol. 3, Nike LeBron 16 Low, and Puma Clyde Court Disrupt.

In NBA 2K20, you’ll need to reach certain thresholds in your MyPlayer career in order to be eligible for signature shoe deals. You’ll first need to achieve an Overall rating of 85 or higher, and then sustain that rating for at least eight consecutive games. After that, you’ll start to see offers from shoe companies coming in.

What shoes you can get as MyPlayer

In NBA 2K20 you finally get to be the face of a shoe company. Your player can get their own signature shoe once you become an All-Star, but there are plenty of other shoes you can buy and unlock as MyPlayer.

You can buy shoes from the in-game store using VC, or earn them by reaching certain milestones in your MyPlayer career.
