The order of selection for the 2nd round is the same as the 1st round, with the team that holds the 32nd pick in the 1st round (the Super Bowl champion) picking last in the 2nd round. Therefore, if you want to know when your team will be picking in the 2nd round of the 2019 NFL Draft, you can simply look at their pick in the 1st round. For example, if the New England Patriots have the 32nd pick in Round 1 (32nd overall), they will have the 32nd pick in Round 2 as well (64th overall).
