Here’s a look at everything you need to know about Round 2 of the 2020 NFL Draft, including the draft order, start time and TV coverage:

Round 1 of the NFL Draft

The NFL Draft is an annual event in which the 32 teams in the National Football League (NFL) select college football players to add to their rosters. The draft order is based on each team’s record from the previous season, with the team with the worst record being given the first pick.

The first round of the NFL draft typically takes place in late April, with rounds 2 and 3 taking place the following day. The exact date and time of each round depend on when the NFL releases its schedule for the upcoming season, which is typically released in mid- to late-April.

Round 2 of the NFL Draft

The second round of the NFL Draft will take place on Friday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. ET. The second and third rounds will be shown live on ESPN and NFL Network.

Teams will have seven minutes to make their selections in the second round, which is two minutes longer than in the first round. A total of 32 picks are made in the second round, with the draft order reversing itself from Round 1 so that the team with the 32nd overall pick selects first in Round 2.

The Green Bay Packers own the 32nd overall pick as a result of their 13-3 record in 2017, while the Cleveland Browns own the 33rd overall pick after acquiring it from the Houston Texans in a trade earlier this offseason. The Browns also have the 64th overall pick, which is currently slated to be the final selection of Round 2.

Round 3 of the NFL Draft

The draft will resume on Friday, April 28, with Round 3. The first round will begin at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the second and third rounds. Rounds 4-7 will be held on Saturday, April 29, beginning at 1 p.m.

Conclusion

The 2021 NFL Draft will begin on Thursday, April 29 and will conclude on Saturday, May 1. The draft will take place in Cleveland, Ohio.
