Why the 2020 NFL Draft Will Be Different

There are a few things that set the 2020 NFL Draft apart from other years.

For starters, the coronavirus pandemic has forced the NFL to change the way it does business. The Combine, typically held in Indianapolis in late February, was cancelled. Pro Days across the country were either cancelled or held without NFL personnel in attendance.

And then there’s the fact that this is an unprecedented year for underclassmen. A record-setting number of early entrants have declared for the 2020 NFL Draft, which means that there are more players eligible than ever before. That could make for a very interesting draft, indeed.

So when is the 2020 NFL Draft? It’s scheduled to take place from April 23-25 in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will be interesting to see how everything plays out.
