Where Does the NFL Shop Ship From?

The NFL Shop ships from a variety of locations, depending on the product you’re ordering. Most items ship from our warehouses in Kansas City and New Jersey, but we also have facilities in Alabama, California, and Texas.

Shipping Information for the NFL Shop

The NFL Shop ships orders from China. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 7-21 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, you can choose the express shipping option, which will take 1-3 business days.

Shipping to the United States

The NFL shop ships from multiple locations in the United States, depending on the product you order. For example, if you order a shirt, it will ship from Pennsylvania, while if you order a football, it will ship from Kansas.

Shipping to Canada

The National Football League Shop ships to all Canadian provinces. Shipping charges to Canada are based on the shipping method you select and the location to which the order is being shipped. Your final shipping charge and estimated delivery timeframe will be available at checkout. Please note that some items shipped directly from our vendors may take longer to arrive.

Shipping to International Locations

The National Football League (NFL) is the most popular professional American football league in the United States. It was founded in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association (APFA) before renaming itself the National Football League for the 1922 season. The NFL consists of 32 teams, divided equally between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC).

The NFL Shop ships merchandise to many international locations! A flat shipping rate is charged for all international orders, based on the country to which the merchandise is being shipped. For Canadian orders, USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International shipping methods are used. Delivery time for Canadian orders is generally 4-10 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse. For other international orders, USPS Express Mail International shipping is used. Delivery time for other international orders is generally 3-5 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Options for the NFL Shop

The NFL Shop ships from two locations- Charlotte, North Carolina, and Jacksonville, Florida. If an item is in stock at one of their warehouses, it will be shipped from that location. If an item is not in stock at either warehouse, it will be drop-shipped from the manufacturer.

Standard Shipping

Most items on the NFL Shop will be shipped via standard shipping, which takes 2-4 business days. If you need your item sooner, you can choose to have it shipped via expedited shipping, which takes 1-3 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, please note that an additional fee will be applied to your order.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order faster, we offer the following expedited shipping methods. Expedited shipping charges are based on the total weight and destination of your order.
-UPS 2nd Day Air: Your package will arrive two business days after it ships from our warehouse.
-UPS Next Day Air Saver: Your package will arrive one business day after it ships from our warehouse.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping is available for most items on the NFL Shop. If an item is not eligible for overnight shipping, it will be noted in the product description. Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day, and orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next business day.

Track Your Order Online

4. You will be redirected to UPS to track your shipment
5. Once UPS has updated their information, it will be reflected on your “Order History” page
