Kay Adams was born in New York City, New York on May 17, 1988, to parents Joe and Lori Adams. Lori is a former model and Joe is a former professional football player. Kay has two brothers, Joey and Nick. She was raised in a Catholic household and attended an all-girls Catholic high school before going on to study at the University of Notre Dame.

Family

Adams was born in Chicago and raised in New Albany, Indiana, where she attended New Albany High School. Adams is of Irish descent. She has four older brothers, two of whom are twins. Adams began her broadcasting career while still in high school with a sports radio show called Sportsxpress.[5] She then attended the University of Notre Dame, from which she graduated in 2000 with a degree in Communications.[1][6]
