It will be the sixth time that Staples Center has hosted All-Star Weekend and the fourth time that it has been the site of the All-Star Game itself.
Chicago
The 2021 NBA All-Star Game is an upcoming exhibition game that will be played on February 14, 2021. It will be the 70th edition of the event. The game will be hosted by the Charlotte Hornets at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
This will be the second time that Charlotte has hosted the All-Star Game, with the first being in 1991. The game will also mark the 30th anniversary of the 1991 All-Star Game, which was also held in Charlotte.
The All-Star Game was originally scheduled to take place in Indianapolis, but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Indianapolis
The 2021 NBA All-Star Game will be held in Indianapolis, the league announced Wednesday.
The game, which will take place on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021, will be held at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Pacers. It will mark the first time that Indianapolis has hosted the All-Star Game and the fourth time that a city has hosted both the men’s and women’s games in the same year.
