The draft is scheduled to be held from April 29th-May 1st and will be hosted by schools, museums, and outdoor spaces across Cleveland’s downtown area.

It was announced on August 21, 2019 that Las Vegas, Nevada was selected as the host city for the 2020 NFL Draft. On March 26, 2020, the NFL announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 NFL Draft would be conducted virtually with club personnel making their selections from their homes or facilities. The 2021 NFL Draft was originally scheduled to take place in Kansas City, Missouri, but due to pandemic-related construction delays at Arrowhead Stadium, it was moved to Cleveland. This will mark the first time Cleveland has hosted the draft since 1961.

Cleveland was also slated to host the draft in 2016 and 2017, but those plans were scrapped due to ongoing renovations at FirstEnergy Stadium.

New York City, New York

New York City, New York, will be the host city for the 2021 NFL Draft. This will mark the first time that the Draft will be held in New York City since 1961. The event will take place from April 29 to May 1, 2021. It is currently unknown where the Draft will be held within New York City.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The NFL Draft is coming to Philadelphia in 2017, and it’s going to be a big event. The city is already gearing up, with hotels and restaurants preparing special packages and events for draft weekend.

The NFL Draft will be held at the Art Museum on April 27-29. This will be the first time the draft has been held outdoors, so dress appropriately! The museum is located at 26th Street and the Parkway, in between Eakins Oval and the steps of the Art Museum.

The 2019 NFL Draft will be held on Thursday, April 25 through Saturday, April 27 in Nashville, Tennessee.

“Nashville is a destination city with a rabid fan base and the infrastructure our event requires,” NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement. “We are thrilled to team with the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp for this landmark Draft.”

The NFL Draft was held in New York City from 1965 through 2014. It then moved to Chicago for two years before heading to Philadelphia in 2017 and then Dallas last year.

“The 2019 NFL Draft will be a three-day, prime-time event celebrating the greatest players in college football and providing our fans exceptional access to the selections of their favorite teams,” NFC President Art Rooney II said in a statement. “Nashville hosted a successful NFL Fan Festival last September and we look forward to returning for the Draft.”


The 2020 NFL Draft will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the home of the Oakland Raiders, the Raiders’ new Allegiant Stadium. The 2021 NFL Draft will be held in Cleveland, Ohio.
