Bill Russell- 11 rings

Bill Russell played center for the Boston Celtics from 1956 to 1969. During his time with the Celtics, the team won eleven championships. This is the most by any player in NBA history.

Jones was drafted seventh overall in the 1957 NBA draft by the Boston Celtics. He was a territorial pick whose rights were obtained by the Celtics from the St. Louis Hawks. He played all of his 12 seasons with Boston, winning 10 NBA championships—the second most for any player (along with Tom Heinsohn and Bill Russell). In his 10 championship seasons, he averaged 17.7 points per game and shot 51.5 percent from the field, both team highs. He also averaged 4.7 rebounds per game during that time.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar- 6 rings

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the 1969 NBA draft with the first overall pick. He played his entire 20-year career in the NBA with the Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers, winning a record six NBA championships, while also being voted Most Valuable Player (MVP) a record six times. Upon his retirement from professional basketball in 1989, Abdul-Jabbar was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. In 1996, he was elected to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team. NBA coach Pat Riley and players LeBron James and Kobe Bryant have called him the greatest basketball player of all time.

Michael Jordan is widely considered to be the greatest basketball player of all time. He was a dominate force in the NBA during his career with the Chicago Bulls, winning 6 championships. Jordan was named MVP of the finals a record 6 times, and he was also named regular season MVP 5 times. In addition to his 6 championships, Jordan was also a 14-time All-Star and 10-time scoring champion.

Robert Horry- 7 rings

Robert Horry is a former professional basketball player who played for 16 seasons in the NBA. He has won 7 championships, the most of any player in NBA history. Horry was a key member of the Houston Rockets’ back-to-back championships in 1994 and 1995, and he also won titles with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2000, 2001, and 2002. He joined the San Antonio Spurs in 2003 and won two more championships with them in 2005 and 2007.
