The Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers have had 13 different head coaches in their history. This includes three who served as head coach for only one season. The current head coach is Matt LaFleur, who was hired in 2019.

The New York Giants

The New York Giants have had the most head coaches in NFL history. The team has had 28 different head coaches in their 98 years of existence. Of those 28 coaches, only seven have been with the team for more than five seasons. The current head coach, Ben McAdoo, is in his second season with the team.

The Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers have had the most head coaches in the NFL, with a total of 20. The team has been coached by some of the most iconic figures in NFL history, including Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher, and Mike Tomlin. The Steelers have won six Super Bowls, and their 20 head coaches have combined for over 1,000 wins.

The Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears are a professional American football team based in Chicago, Illinois. They are members of the National Football League (NFL) as part of the NFC North division. The Bears have had numerous head coaches throughout their history; as of 2019, Matt Nagy is their head coach. George Halas, who was also the founder and owner of the team until his death in 1983, was the team’s longest-tenured head coach, serving for 40 seasons in that capacity (1930–1967 and 1969–1970).

Current head coach Matt Nagy took over the role in 2018; he has a record of 12–4 (.750). Lovie Smith leads the franchise in regular season wins with 81, while Halas has the most overall with 318 (314 regular season and 4 postseason). Smith also has led the team to 3 playoff appearances, all coming during his 9-year tenure as head coach. Dick Jauron is the only other Bears head coach to take the team to the playoffs, doing so twice during his 5 years as head coach (2001–2003 and 2005). Four other Bear coaches have won NFL Coach of the Year: George Allen (1985), Mike Ditka (1988), Dick Jauron (2001) and Lovie Smith (2005).

The Baltimore Ravens

Since the year 2000, no NFL team has had more head coaches than the Baltimore Ravens. Including interim head coaches, the Ravens have had a total of 8 different head coaches during this time period. This is followed closely by the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New York Jets, who have each had 7 different head coaches during this time period.
