There are a total of eight NFL teams that have never won a Super Bowl. They are the Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, and the Houston Texans.
Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals are a professional American football franchise based in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The Cardinals compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) West division. The Cardinals were founded as the Morgan Athletic Club in 1898, and are the oldest continuously run professional football team in America. The franchise was Chicago based and known as the Racine Normals until 1901, when they changed their name to the Racine Cardinals. Then, when they moved to the Chicago area in 1906, they changed their name again to the Chicago Cardinals Since their inception, two distinct incarnations of the organization have existed. One is based in Chicago, Illinois (1920–1959), while the other is based in St. Louis, Missouri (1960–1987). Commonly known as either “the Cards” or “the Redbirds”, both incarnations have used red and white as their team colors from inception; however red has been dominant throughout most of franchise history while white has only been prominent during select periods such as 1961–1976, 1987–89 and since 1997.[5][6] Both franchises have used a primarily yellow-colored secondary logo on their helmets with various stylizations throughout franchise history; however shades of red and gold have also been utilized as uniform accent colors during select periods such as 1988–1991 and through most of 2001.[7][8]
The Cardinals play their home games at State Farm Stadium, which opened in 2006 and is located in Glendale, Arizona. Since moving to Arizona in 1988, they have compiled a record of 500–452–40 (.526),[9] qualifying for seven NFC playoffs (in 1998, 1999, 2008, 2009, 2014, 2015 and 2016), making four NFC Championship Game appearances (in 2008, 2009,[10] 2014[11] and 2015) and two Super Bowl appearances (XLIII[12] and XLIV).[13][14][15] The team has won six division championships (in 1974[16], 1975,[17] 2008,[18] 2009,[19] 2014[20] and 2015[21]), three conference championships (in 1925,[22] 1947[23][24][25][26], 1948,[27]} 1949)[28]] 1975)[29]] 2008)[30]] }} 2009)}} 2014} 2015))} }}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions have never won a Super Bowl. The Lions have been to the playoffs 10 times in their history, most recently in 2016. They have won four NFL championships (in 1935, 1952, 1953 and 1957), but all of those came before the Super Bowl era.
Houston Texans
The Houston Texans are a professional American football team based in Houston, Texas. The Texans compete in the National Football League as a member club of the American Football Conference South division. The team plays its home games at NRG Stadium.

The Seahawks previously played home games in the Kingdome (1976–1999) and Husky Stadium (1994, 2000–2001).
