Joe Buck
Joe Buck is an American sportscaster and the son of legendary sportscaster Jack Buck. He has been the play-by-play voice of the World Series on Fox since 1996. He also is the lead announcer for the NFL on Fox, calling both the NFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl.
Early life and career
Joe Buck was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, and raised in the St. Louis, Missouri area. He began his broadcasting career while still in high school, calling play-by-play for the University of Missouri men’s basketball team. He worked his way up through the ranks of minor league baseball, eventually calling games for the Saint Louis Cardinals.
In 1994, Buck replaced Thom Brennaman as the lead play-by-play voice of Fox’s National Football League (NFL) telecasts, teaming with analyst Troy Aikman and sideline reporter Pam Oliver. He has held that position ever since. He has also called Major League Baseball (MLB) games for Fox Television and currently does so alongside analyst John Smoltz.

Early life and career
Troy Aikman was born on November 21, 1966, in West Covina, California. The youngest of three children, he was raised in Cerritos, California. Troy’s father, Edward Aikman (of Dutch-English descent), was a former semiprofessional quarterback and a vice president at First Interstate BancSystem in Los Angeles. His mother, Jane (née Woodhead), was originally from New Zealand. He has two older sisters: Terri and Tammy. Edward later played quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams (then based in Anaheim) during the 1973 season.
In high school at Henry Gibson High School in North Hollywood, Aikman considered baseball his favorite sport and was selected by the Arizona Rangers in the 1985 Major League Baseball draft as a shortstop or third baseman. While playing baseball at Newbury Park High School in California, however, he injured his pitching arm so badly that doctors told him he would never play baseball again. Undaunted, Aikman used hard work and rehabilitation to overcome this injury and eventually rejoined the high school baseball team for his senior year leading them to victory in the 1986 Major League Baseball draft with a 15-8 record where he also batted .427 with 6 home runs and 20 runs batted in as their cleanup hitter.
After high school graduation that spring of 1986 Troy enrolled at Oklahoma State University (OSU) where he joined the football team while also majoring business administration with an emphasis on real estate

In 1999, Andrews started her career at Fox Sports Florida as a freelance reporter. From 2001 to 2002, she served as a Tampa Bay Lightning reporter for the Sunshine Network. From 2002 to 2004, she worked as a sideline reporter for Turner Sports’ Atlanta Braves broadcasts. From 2004 to 2006, Andrews covered the Atlanta Thrashers for SportSouth (now Fox Sports South).
In June 2010, it was announced that Andrews would replace Pam Oliver as the lead sideline reporter for NFL games on Fox beginning with the 2010 NFL season.
