The Reuben Foster situation continues to be trouble for the San Francisco 49ers. In April, he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and making criminal threats against his ex-girlfriend. The charges were eventually dropped, but he remained under investigation by the NFL for violation of its personal conduct policy.
On Tuesday night, things took an even worse turn as details emerged that he was also under investigation for drug possession after being caught with two marijuana cigarettes during a traffic stop last month.

In fact they became only one of 4 teams who have both gone 0-16 and 1-15 since records have been kept(the other 3 being Tampa Bay Buccaneers[1976 expansion team], Houston Oilers[1970 expansion team], and Baltimore Ravens[1996 expansion team]). They currently have an active streak of 10 seasons without making it to or winning any playoff games which is tied for 2nd longest such active streak behind only Cleveland Browns who currently have an active streak of 16 seasons without either making it to or winning any playoff games.
