WWE World Heavyweight Championship
The WWE World Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling world heavyweight championship in WWE. It is one of the promotion’s two top championships, alongside the WWE Universal Championship that was created for the Raw brand as a result of the 2016 WWE draft. The current champion is Drew McIntyre, who is in his first reign.
The Rock
The Rock is an American actor and semi-retired professional wrestler, signed with WWE under a Legends contract. His wrestling persona was that of a Hollywood superstar.
John Cena
As of right now, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship is held by John Cena. He won the title at WWE’s flagship event, WrestleMania, defeating The Rock.
Cena has been a dominant force in WWE for years and is one of the most popular superstars in the company. He has held the WWE Championship a record 11 times and is also a two-time Royal Rumble winner.
Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar is an American professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist, currently signed to WWE as a performer on its Raw brand. He is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion, as well as the NCAA Heavyweight Wrestling Champion.
WWE Universal Championship
The WWE Universal Championship is a world heavyweight championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the SmackDown brand. It is one of two world titles in WWE, alongside the WWE Championship on the Raw brand. The title was introduced at SummerSlam in 2016 after WWE acquired the rights to the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. The inaugural Universal Champion was Brock Lesnar.
Goldberg
Goldberg is a former two-time WWE Universal Champion, having won the title in 2017 and 2018. He is also a former WCW World Heavyweight Champion and WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He is the only man to have held all three titles simultaneously. Goldberg is also a one-time United States Champion and a one-time World Tag Team Champion, making him a five-time world champion in WWE.
Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar is an American professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist,Currently signed to WWE on the Raw brand. He is the current and reigning WWE Universal Champion in his first reign. As the UFC Heavyweight Champion, he became only the second person in UFC history to hold titles in both MMA and professional wrestling at the same time,and was the first person to concurrently hold the WWE Championship and WWE’s top two titles for heavyweight wrestlers (the Universal Championship and World Heavyweight Championship) simultaneously.
WWE United States Championship
The WWE United States Championship is a professional wrestling championship promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the Raw brand. It is one of two secondary championships for the Raw brand, along with the WWE Intercontinental Championship on the SmackDown brand. The current champion is Andrade, who is in his first reign.
Chris Jericho
Chris Jericho is a Canadian-American professional wrestler, musician, media personality, actor, and author. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is one-half of the inaugural and current AEW World Tag Team Champions with Kenny Omega in their first reign. He is also known for his time in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), World Wrestling Federation/Entertainment (WWF/E), and Stamford-based World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
In WWE, Jericho became the first Undisputed WWE Champion after defeating both The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in the same night. He has won nine separate world championships within WWE. Jericho is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. Chris Jericho’s finishing move is called The Codebreaker.
Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens is a Canadian professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand. Owens is a two-time WWE Universal Champion, a WWE Intercontinental Champion, a one-time NXT Champion, and a one-time United States Champion.
Owens made his professional wrestling debut in 2000. He worked for various independent promotions in Quebec and Ontario over the next few years until he was signed by theRing of Honor (ROH) promotion in 2006. In ROH, Owens became ROH World Tag Team Champion with El Generico. He also wrestled for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) and various other independent promotions until he was signed by WWE in 2014.
Owens debuted on NXT in December 2014 and quickly rose to prominence, winning the NXT Championship from Adrian Neville in just his second televised match with the company. In April 2015, Owens was drafted to Raw as part of the Superstar Shake-up and quickly established himself as a villainous character on the brand while feuding with John Cena, Cesaro, Sami Zayn, and Dolph Ziggler; Owens won his first main roster championship when he defeated Cena to become United States Champion at Elimination Chamber that May. A month later atMoney in the Bank, Owens won the vacant WWE Universal Championship after cashing in his newly won Money in the Bank contract; this made him only the second person to win both championships (the other being Brock Lesnar). He successfully defended both titles several times throughout mid-2016 before losing them both back to Goldberg at Fastlane and WrestleMania 33 respectively later that year; this ended his reign as Universal Champion at 166 days, making him only the sixth person to hold that title for over 160 days. After several failed attempts to regain either championship throughout late 2017 into early 2018 – including another cash-in attempt which was interrupted by Braun Strowman – Owens instead turned his attention back towards SmackDown Live’s flagship title when he defeated AJ Styles at WrestleMania 34 on April 8th of 2018 via pinfall; this made him only one of four men – along with Kane (WWE/World Heavyweight Championships), Shawn Michaels (WWF/World Heavyweight Championships), and Brock Lesnar (WWE/Universal Championships) -to have held both world titles offered by WWE at some point during their careers thus far; it also marked his first ever one-on-one singles world championship victory inside a WWE ring.
WWE Intercontinental Championship
The WWE Intercontinental Championship is a professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the SmackDown brand. It is one of two secondary titles in WWE, alongside the United States Championship on the Raw brand.
The Miz
The Miz has held the WWE Intercontinental Championship on seven different occasions, making him the second most decorated champion in history behind Chris Jericho.
He first captured the title at The Bash in 2009, defeating Rey Mysterio. He would go on to hold the title for 160 days, defending it against the likes of John Morrison, Kane and Dolph Ziggler.
He then won the title again in 2010 at Fatal 4-Way, defeating Morrison, R-Truth and Zack Ryder. He held the title for another 71 days before losing it to Kofi Kingston.
Miz regained the championship in 2011 at Extreme Rules, once again defeating Kingston. He would hold the title for 83 days before losing it to Christian at Summerslam.
He won the title for a fourth time in 2012 at WWE TLC, defeating Kingston and Cody Rhodes in a triple threat match. Miz held the title for 57 days before losing it to Wade Barrett.
Miz won the championship for a fifth time in 2014 at WWE Battleground, defeating Dolph Ziggler. He held the title for another 84 days before losing it to Damien Mizdow.
In 2016, Miz won the title for a sixth time at Extreme Rules, defeating Cesaro and Sami Zayn in a triple threat match. He holds the record for most days spent as champion with 351 days. He lost the title to Dean Ambrose at TLC that same year.
Most recently, Miz won the championship for a seventh time at Elimination Chamber in 2017, defeating Ambrose, Baron Corbin, AJ Styles, Luke Harper and Bray Wyatt in an Elimination Chamber match.
Dean Ambrose
At Extreme Rules on May 22, 2016, Ambrose won the championship from Miz in a hardcore match to become a two-time Intercontinental Champion. During his second reign, he defended the title against Dolph Ziggler at Battleground on July 24 and again at SummerSlam on August 21. At Backlash on September 11, he defeated The Miz in a rematch to retain the title. Two days later on SmackDown Live, Ambrose was scheduled to defend the title against AJ Styles in a rematch from Backlash, but Styles attacked Ambrose before the match could take place and as a result, Ambrose was unable to compete. As a result, Miz invoked his rematch clause for the following week’s episode of SmackDown Live, where he defeated Ambrose to win back the championship, ending his second reign at 28 days.
WWE Raw Tag Team Championship
The WWE Raw Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the Raw brand. It is one of two tag team championships for WWE’s main roster, along with the SmackDown Tag Team Championship on the SmackDown brand. The current champions are The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford), who are in their first reign as a team.
The Hardy Boyz
The Hardy Boyz are an American professional wrestling tag team currently signed to WWE, composed of real-life brothers Jeff and Matt Hardy. They are ringnames Matt and Jeff used from 1993-1999, 2000-2002, 2007 and 2017-present. Spanning three decades in WWE from the 1990s until now (2019), they are the only tag team in WWE history to have held the WWE Tag Team Championship, WCW Tag Team Championship, TNA World Tag Team Championship, and Raw Tag Team Championship (which they are currently holding).
Sheamus & Cesaro
Sheamus & Cesaro are the current WWE Raw Tag Team Champions. They won the titles from Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose on the August 21, 2017 episode of Raw. This is their second reign as a team, and Sheamus’ fifth overall.
WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship
The WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE, defended on their SmackDown brand.
The Usos
The Usos are a professional wrestling tag team of twin brothers Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso, who are signed to WWE and perform on the SmackDown brand. The brothers were both active insingles competition from 2009 to 2010, but gained prominence when they began teaming together in 2010. They are former three-time WWE Tag Team Champions, having won the titles twice in 2014 and once again in 2017.
Jimmy and Jey made their main roster debuts on the July 26, 2010 episode of SmackDown!, losing to The Hart Dynasty (David Hart Smith and Tyson Kidd). On September 16, at Night of Champions, The Usos competed in a tag team turmoil match to determine the number one contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship, which was won by Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes. On October 10 at Hell in a Cell, The Usos defeated Goldust and Tyson Kidd. At Survivor Series on November 21, The Usos took part in a five-on-five traditional elimination tag team match as part of Team Mysterio (Rey Mysterio Jr., Big Show, Kofi Kingston, and MVP) which they lost when Wade Barrett was the sole survivor for Team Nexus (Dave Batista, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, Michael Tarver, and Skip Sheffield).
The New Day
The New Day is a professional wrestling tag team performing on the SmackDown brand of WWE. Comprised of Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods, they are former WWE Tag Team Champions (as a trio), as well as former WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions. Xavier Woods is also a former United States Champion.
WWE Cruiserweight Championship
The WWE Cruiserweight Championship is a professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE on the SmackDown brand. It is one of two concurrent secondary titles for the SmackDown brand, along with the WWE United States Championship.
Neville
Neville is a English professional wrestler and former professional football player. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand and is the current Cruiserweight Champion in his first reign. In WWE, Neville competed in the Cruiserweight Championship tournament to crown the inaugural champion, which he won by defeating Austin Aries in the finals.
Akira Tozawa
Akira Tozawa (戸澤 隆, Tozawa Akira, real name Takayuki Ueda (上田 隆之, Ueda Takayuki)) is a Japanese professional wrestler who is currently signed to WWE, assigned to their developmental brand NXT. He is the current WWE Cruiserweight Champion in his first reign. He is also a former Cruiserweight Classic competitor.
