The IIconics are no strangers to tag team competition, having competed in NXT as well as on the main roster. They even held the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships for a brief period of time.
As for The Kabuki Warriors, they are a relatively new team, but they have already made a big impact in WWE. They are the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions and they are also the first-ever Asian-born women to hold WWE gold.

In a rematch from Extreme Rules, The Kabuki Warriors put their WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles on the line against the team of Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. Despite some early takedowns by Bliss and Cross, The Kabuki Warriors quickly took control of the match and never looked back, hitting a number of high-impact double-team moves on their opponents. In the end, it was too much for Bliss and Cross to handle, as The Kabuki Warriors retained their titles with a victory.
