The New England Patriots
The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston area. The Patriots compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) East division. The team plays its home games at Gillette Stadium in the town of Foxborough, Massachusetts, which is 28 miles (45 km) southwest of downtown Boston.
The Patriots are also headquartered at Gillette Stadium. An original member of the American Football League (AFL), the Patriots joined the NFL in 1970 as part of the AFL–NFL merger. The team changed its name from the original Boston Patriots after relocating to Foxborough in 1971. The Patriots played their home games at Foxboro Stadium from 1971 to 2001, then moved to Gillette Stadium at the start of the 2002 season. The franchise has compiled an record of 500–422–9 (including playoffs), winning more than 60 percent of its games in that timespan.

The Steelers are one of only two teams to have won back-to-back Super Bowls twice (the other team being the San Francisco 49ers). The Steelers have a long-standing rivalry with the New England Patriots, whom they have played in six AFC Championship Games, winning four of them.

The Green Bay Packers have the most rings in the NFL with thirteen. The Packers have won nine NFL Championships and four Super Bowls. The Packers are also the only team to win three consecutive NFL Championships, having done so twice.
