As of February 12th, 2020, Steph Curry has the most three pointers in the NBA with 2,794. He is followed by James Harden with 2,769 three pointers. Curry is currently in his thirteenth season in the NBA and plays for the Golden State Warriors.

Regular season

Curry is the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-pointers made in the regular season with 2,471. He’s also the league’s all-time leader in 3-pointers attempted with 6,363. Curry has averaged 3.5 made 3-pointers per game over the course of his career, which is also an NBA record.

Playoffs

In the 2015 NBA playoffs, Curry set the record for most 3-pointers made in a single postseason, with 98. He averaged 27.4 points per game, 5.7 assists per game, and 2.1 steals per game during the playoffs.

Ray Allen

Ray Allen is a former professional basketball player who played 18 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is widely regarded as one of the best shooters in NBA history. Allen is the NBA all-time leader in three-point field goals made in both the regular season and the playoffs. He also holds the record for the most three-pointers made in an NBA game.

In the regular season, Ray Allen is the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-point field goals made, in both total and 3-point field goal percentage. He is one of only four players to make at least 2,000 3-pointers in their career. Allen is a ten-time NBA All-Star and won an Olympic gold medal as a member of the 2000 United States men’s basketball team.

Reggie Miller had 2,560 regular season 3-pointers in his 18-year Hall of Fame career. That’s the most in NBA history. But, as you might expect, the leaderboard is littered with today’s stars. Steph Curry is second with 2,283, followed by Ray Allen (2,973), Kyle Korver (2,754) and Jason Terry (2,169).

Playoffs

In the playoffs, Miller was even more clutch, hitting several series-winning shots. He holds the record for most points in a playoff game (48) and is second all-time in playoff 3-point shooting percentage (.424).
