The Lakers have the most with 16, the Celtics have 17, and the Bulls have 6. When it comes to who has the most picks in the NBA, these three teams are at the top of list. The Lakers have 31 picks, the Celtics have 30 picks, and the Bulls have 29 picks.

As of April 12th, 2020, LeBron James has the most total picks in the NBA with 2,944. He is closely followed by Kobe Bryant with 2,832 total picks.
