DeMarcus Lawrence
As of the 2018 season, DeMarcus Lawrence has the most sacks in the NFL with 22. He is a defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys.
2019 season
In his sixth NFL season, Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence racked up a career-high 64 tackles and led the league with 16.5 sacks, leading the Cowboys to an NFC East division title. The two-time Pro Bowler has now recorded at least eight sacks in four straight seasons, and his career total of 60.5 ranks him sixth among active players.
2020 season
As the 2020 season draws to a close, DeMarcus Lawrence of the Dallas Cowboys is leading the NFL in sacks with 13.5. This puts him on pace to break the Cowboys’ single-season sack record, which is currently held by Hall of Famer Harvey Martin (1977) and current defensive end Demarcus Ware (2008).

The 6-foot-2, 250-pound linebacker is in his sixth NFL season and first with the Bucs after spending his first five years with the Denver Broncos. He’s one of four players with at least 15 sacks this season, and his sack total is the most by a Buccaneers player since Simeon Rice had 14 in 2005.
