A three-time Defensive Player of the Year, Watt has led the league in tackles for loss four times and sacks three times. As of the 2019 season, he is the all-time leader in tackles for loss (135) and sacks (101).
Luke Kuechly
As of September 2019, the Carolina Panthers’ linebacker, Luke Kuechly, has the most tackles in the NFL with 773. Kuechly has been in the league for seven seasons and has been a starter for all of them. He has been selected for the Pro Bowl six times and was the AP Defensive Player of the Year in 2013 and 2016.

As of September 2019, Bobby Wagner of the Seattle Seahawks has the most tackles in the NFL with 138. He is followed by Luke Kuechly of the Carolina Panthers with 133 and then Devin White of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with 130.
