Roger Goodell
Roger Goodell is the current Commissioner of the National Football League (NFL). He has held this position since 2006, when he took over from previous Commissioner Paul Tagliabue.
Goodell was born in New York City in 1959. He is a graduate of both Washington & Jefferson College and Brooklyn Law School. Prior to taking over as Commissioner of the NFL, Goodell held various positions within the league office, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.
Under Goodell’s leadership, the NFL has seen significant growth in both revenue and popularity. He has negotiated lucrative television contracts, overseen the introduction of newflagship events like the NFL Draft, and presided over an expansion of the league’s reach internationally. Troy Vincent
Troy Vincent is the current head of the National Football League. He was elected to this position on August 25, 2020, and will serve a five-year term. Vincent has been with the NFL since 1992, when he was drafted by the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Dolphins for four seasons before being traded to the Philadelphia Eagles in 1996. He played for the Eagles for eight seasons, and was a member of their Super Bowl XXXIX-winning team.
