Who Is Left In the NFL Playoffs?

It’s down to the final four teams in the NFL playoffs. Who will be crowned champion?

The NFC

The NFC (National Football Conference) is one of the two conferences of the National Football League (NFL). The NFC comprises 16 teams, 13 of which are located in the United States and 3 in Canada.

The New Orleans Saints

The New Orleans Saints are a professional American football team based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Saints currently compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) South division. The team was founded by John W. Mecom Jr., David Dixon, and the city of New Orleans on November 1, 1966. The Saints began play in Tulane Stadium in 1967.

The Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams are a professional American football team that compete in the National Football League (NFL). The Rams began play in 1936 as the Cleveland Rams, based in Cleveland, Ohio. The franchise relocated to Los Angeles, California in 1946, playing their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

The Chicago Bears

The Chicago Bears have not been to the playoffs since 2010, when they lost to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game.

Since then, the Bears have had some success in the regular season, but they have not been able to put it all together and make a run at the playoffs.

However, this season has been different. The Bears have been one of the best teams in the NFL from start to finish, and they clinched a playoff berth with a win over the Green Bay Packers in Week 15.

Now, the Bears find themselves as the No. 3 seed in the NFC playoffs, and they will host a wild card game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

The Bears are led by their defense, which is one of the best in the NFL. They are also led by quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who has had a breakout season.

The Bears are a team that no one wants to play in the playoffs, and they will be looking to make some noise starting on Sunday.

The Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys are a professional American football team that competes in the National Football League (NFL). The Cowboys are headquartered in Frisco, Texas, and play their home games at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, which opened in 2009. The stadium took the place of the Cotton Bowl as the home of the Cowboys. The team’s training facility, Valley Ranch, is located in Irving, Texas.

The AFC

The AFC is down to its final four teams: the Baltimore Ravens, the Kansas City Chiefs, the New England Patriots, and the Houston Texans. These are the teams that remain in the hunt for the conference title and a spot in the Super Bowl. Let’s take a look at each team’s chances.

The New England Patriots

The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston region. The Patriots compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) East division. The team plays its home games at Gillette Stadium in the town of Foxborough, Massachusetts, which is 28 miles (45 km) southwest of Boston.

The Patriots are also headquartered at Gillette Stadium. An original member of the American Football League (AFC), the Patriots joined the NFL in 1970 as part of the AFL–NFL merger. The team changed its name from the original Boston Patriots after relocating to Foxborough in 1971.

The Patriots have appeared in ten Super Bowls since 2000, winning seven of them, most recently Super Bowl LIII in February 2019. With that victory, quarterback Tom Brady became the oldest player to ever win a Super Bowl at 41 years old, and Bill Belichick became the second coach in NFL history with six rings, after George Halas. The franchise has since set numerous other notable records, including most wins in a ten-year period (126, from 2003 to 2012), an undefeated 16-game regular season (in 2007), and the longest winning streak consisting of regular season and playoff games in NFL history (21 games from October 2003 to October 2004).

The Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs are a professional American football team based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Chiefs compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) West division. The team was founded in 1960 as the Dallas Texans by businessman Lamar Hunt and was a charter member of the American Football League (AFL). In 1963, the team relocated to Kansas City and assumed their current name. The Chiefs joined the NFL as a result of the merger in 1970. The team is valued at over $2 billion.

The Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers are one of the teams remaining in the NFL playoffs. The Chargers are a dangerous team and should not be taken lightly. They have a strong defense and an offense that is capable of putting up points. The Chargers are led by quarterback Philip Rivers and running back Melvin Gordon. The Chargers have a tough road ahead of them, but they have the talent to make a run at the Lombardi Trophy.

The Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens are a professional American football team based in Baltimore, Maryland. They are members of the National Football League (NFL) and the American Football Conference (AFC) North division. The Ravens were established in 1996, when Art Modell, who was then the owner of the Cleveland Browns, announced plans to relocate the franchise to Baltimore. The Ravens have won two Super Bowl championships (XXXV and XLVII), two AFC North division titles (2003 and 2012), four AFC championships (2000, 2001, 2008, and 2012), and are currently the only team in the NFL to hold a perfect record in multiple Super Bowl appearances (2–0). The Ravens organization was led by general manager Ozzie Newsome from 1996 until his retirement following the 2018 season, and has had three head coaches: Ted Marchibroda, Brian Billick, and John Harbaugh. With a record-tying 23 consecutive playoff appearances—including 20 division titles as well as 10 AFC championship game appearances—the Ravens have made more postseason trips than any other team in NFL history. The team plays its home games at M&T Bank Stadium and is headquartered in Owings Mills
