Who Is the MVP of the NFL in 2021?
The NFL’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) is an annual award given to the player who is considered the most valuable to his team during the regular season. The 2021 NFL MVP will be announced at the NFL Honors ceremony on Saturday, February 6, 2021.
Tom Brady
It is hard to argue that anyone other than Tom Brady is the Most Valuable Player in the NFL in 2021. The veteran quarterback continues to play at an elite level, leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 12-4 record and a spot in the playoffs. Brady has thrown for 4,299 yards and 38 touchdowns this season, both of which are among the best in the league. He has also shown a propensity for making big plays in clutch situations, leading the Buccaneers to several come-from-behind victories. Simply put, Brady has been the most valuable player on one of the best teams in the NFL this season, and he deserves to be MVP.
Russell Wilson
As the 2021 NFL season approaches, the Seattle Seahawks’ Russell Wilson is the early favorite to win the league’s Most Valuable Player award. The eight-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion has been one of the league’s most consistent quarterbacks over the past decade, and he is coming off a career-best season in which he threw for a league-leading 4,422 yards and 34 touchdowns. With a talented group of weapons in the Seahawks’ passing attack, Wilson is primed for another big year in 2021.
Aaron Rodgers
This is a very difficult question to answer as there are many players who could be in contention for the title of MVP in the NFL this year. However, if we had to choose one player, it would be Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers.
Rodgers is having an absolutely incredible season, leading the Packers to a 13-3 record and the top seed in the NFC. He has thrown for 4,299 yards and 48 touchdowns with just five interceptions, and his passer rating of 121.5 is the best in the NFL. He has also rushed for four touchdowns.
In addition, Rodgers has been clutch when it matters most, leading the Packers to come-from-behind victories in several games. He is without a doubt the heart and soul of this team, and they would not be nearly as successful without him.
For all of these reasons, we believe that Aaron Rodgers is deserving of being named MVP of the NFL in 2021.
Dak Prescott
Dak Prescott is the current front runner for the 2021 NFL MVP. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback is having an incredible season, leading his team to the best record in the NFL. He is also leading the league in passing yards and touchdowns. If he keeps up this level of play, he will be a runaway winner for the award.
Josh Allen
Josh Allen has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL this season. He has thrown for 4,000 yards and 35 touchdowns. He has also rushed for another 500 yards and nine touchdowns. The Bills have the best record in the AFC, and they have a real chance to win the Super Bowl. Allen is the MVP of the NFL in 2021.
