Who Is On The WWE Board of Directors?

The WWE Board of Directors consists of Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, Paul Levesque, and George Barrios.

Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). He is also a minority owner of the company and holds the position of board member. McMahon was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina in 1945 and raised inHavelock, North Carolina. He is a third-generation wrestling promoter and has been with WWE since 1971.

Stephanie McMahon

Stephanie McMahon is the Chief Brand Officer (CBO) of WWE and is also a Board Member and one of the main on-screen authority figures, appearing as the Raw Commissioner and as a recurring character in numerous WWE television shows.

Triple H

Mr. Levesque has served as Executive Producer and Head Writer of WWE NXT since 2012. He is a 14-time World Champion and has headlined WrestleMania, WWE’s flagship pay-per-view event, a record eight times. He also serves as the company’s Chief Brand Officer.

Paul Levesque

Paul Michael Levesque, better known by the ring name Triple H, is an American business executive, professional wrestler, and actor. He has been the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development for WWE since 2013, as well as being the founder and senior producer of NXT.

George Barrios

George Barrios is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-President of WWE. He is responsible for the company’s financial strategy as well as overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. Prior to joining WWE, Barrios was the Chief Financial Officer of Major League Soccer from 2002 to 2006.

Barrios is a member of the WWE Board of Directors and is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Special Olympics. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michelle Wilson

Michelle D. Wilson is the Chief Revenue Officer of The Madison Square Garden Company. In this role, Ms. Wilson oversees all revenue for the Company’s sports and entertainment properties, which include MSG’s legendary live event venues – Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre and The Chicago Theatre – as well as iconic sports franchises – the New York Knicks, the New York Rangers, the New York Liberty and the Westchester Knicks – and live television networks – MSG Network and MSG+.
