Who Is Performing At the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland?

The NBA All-Star game is coming to Cleveland in 2022. Here is a list of who is performing during the All-Star weekend.

LeBron James

LeBron James is a professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is widely considered to be one of the greatest players in NBA history. James has won four NBA championships, four NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards, four NBA Finals MVP awards, two Olympic gold medals, an NBA scoring title, and the NBA Rookie of the Year Award. He has also been selected to 15 NBA All-Star teams, 17 All-NBA teams, and six All-Defensive teams.

Kyrie Irving

Kyrie Irving, who is slated to headline the event, will be performing at the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland. The star point guard and former Cavaliers player will be joined by a number of other big names, including rappers Lil Wayne and Big Sean, R&B singer Ne-Yo, and pop star Justin Bieber. Bieber is also set to headline the All-Star Game itself.

Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson is an American professional basketball player for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Duke Blue Devils. Zion is expected to make his first All-Star appearance in 2022.

Stephen Curry

Curry is an American professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). A six-time NBA All-Star, he has been named the NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) twice and won three NBA championships with the Warriors. Curry is also a two-time recipient of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame’s Sportsperson of the Year, winning in 2015 and 2019. He helped lead Team USA to gold at the 2010 FIBA World Championship and 2016 Summer Olympics.

From 2011 to 2016, Curry played in more games (527) and attempted more three-pointers (3,463) than any other player in NBA history.

Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant will be performing at the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland. Durant is one of the most popular basketball players in the world and has won many awards, including four NBA Championships and two MVP Awards. He is also a six-time All-Star and was named to the All-NBA First Team nine times.

Kawhi Leonard

Raptors forward Kawhi Leonard is set to headline the 2022 NBA All-Star Game halftime show, according to a report from The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

This will mark Leonard’s second time performing at the All-Star Game, as he also headlined the 2016 event in Toronto.

The 2022 NBA All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, February 20 at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Brookyln Nets’ Kyrie Irving, and the Los Angeles Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard will headline the 2022 NBA All-Star Game in Cleveland, ESPN reported Wednesday.

It will mark the city’s first time hosting the game since 1997.

The game is set for Sunday, Feb. 20, at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

Antetokounmpo and Irving were both voted in as starters for this year’s game, while Leonard was voted as a reserve.

Joel Embiid

Russell Westbrook

Russell Westbrook is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins and was selected with the fourth overall pick in the 2008 NBA draft by the Seattle SuperSonics, who then relocated to Oklahoma City six days later. Westbrook has been selected to nine NBA All-Star teams, winning two All-Star MVP Awards in 2015 and 2016. He is also a nine-time member of the All-NBA Team, led the league in scoring in 2014–15 and 2016–17, and won back-to-back NBA All-Star Game MVP Awards in 2015 and 2016. In 2017, he was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the regular season after averaging a triple-double for the second straight year, only the second player in NBA history to do so.

Damian Lillard

Damian Lillard is one of the most popular players in the NBA and is known for his outstanding performances on the court. He was recently named MVP of the 2020 NBA All-Star Game and is one of the top players in the league. Lillard is also known for his love of music and has released several rap albums under his stage name, Dame D.O.L.L.A. It’s no surprise that he will be performing at the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland.
