Who Is the Best Quarterback in the NFL?
It’s a debate as old as time itself: Who is the best quarterback in the NFL? We break down the stats and give our opinion.
Tom Brady
Though there are many talented quarterbacks in the NFL, Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is widely considered to be the best.
Drafted in 2000, Brady has played in 14 full seasons and led his team to the playoffs 12 times. He has an impressive record of regular season wins, with a career total of 187 (as of 2019). Brady has also been extremely successful in the playoffs, leading his team to victory in 9 out of 13 appearances. He holds several records for postseason play, including most touchdown passes and most passing yards.
In addition to his on-field successes, Brady is known for his dedication to fitness and nutrition. At 41 years old, he is still playing at an elite level, thanks in part to his commitment to taking care of himself off the field. His longevity and continued success make him a living legend among NFL fans.
Aaron Rodgers
Many people argue that Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback in the NFL. He has led the Green Bay Packers to multiple Super Bowls and has won MVP several times. He has a strong arm and is very accurate, making him a dangerous quarterback to opposing teams.
Drew Brees
In my opinion, Drew Brees is the best quarterback in the NFL. He has shown time and time again that he is a leader on and off the field, and he has the stats to back it up. With over 70,000 passing yards and 537 touchdowns, he is one of the most decorated quarterbacks of all time.
Russell Wilson
widely considered one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. He has led the Seattle Seahawks to six NFC West division championships, four NFC conference championships, and two Super Bowl appearances. Wilson has won more games than any other quarterback in NFL history through nine seasons, and is currently ranked first in career passer rating and fourth in career touchdown-to-interception ratio.
