Point Guards

When it comes to leading the NBA in 3-point percentage, no one has been better than Stephen Curry over the past few years. Averaging just over five 3-point attempts per game, Curry has knocked down an absurd 43.5% of his threes since the 2012-13 season. That mark is not only the best in the league during that time frame but also ranks as the sixth best single-season 3-point percentage in NBA history.

Shooting Guards

Three-point percentage (3P%) is the percentage of three-point field goals a player makes.

In the 2019-20 NBA season, the leading 3P% shooter among shooting guards is Duncan Robinson of the Miami Heat, with a percentage of 44.6%. Trailing behind him are Bogdan Bogdanovic of the Sacramento Kings (42.5%), Devonte’ Graham of the Charlotte Hornets (41.8%), and Buddy Hield of the Kings (41.6%).

Small Forwards

Small forwards have always been known for their scoring ability, but in recent years, the position has evolved. Now, small forwards are expected to be able to do a little bit of everything on the court, and that includes shooting the three-ball.

So, who are the best small forwards in the NBA when it comes to shooting from beyond the arc? Here are the top five small forwards in terms of three-point percentage for the 2019-20 season.
