As of the 2019-2020 season, DeMarcus Cousins has the most technical fouls in the NBA with 41. He is closely followed by Russell Westbrook who has accrued 38 technical fouls over his career. Other players in the top five include Draymond Green, Corey Maggette, and Chris Paul.
