Who Left in the NFL Playoffs?

The NFL playoffs are in full swing and there are only four teams remaining. Who do you think will be the last team standing?

Divisional Round

The NFL playoffs began this past weekend with the Wild Card Round. The four games were all very close and came down to the wire. The first game was between the Houston Texans and the Buffalo Bills. The Bills won the game, 22-19. The Bills will now go on to play the New England Patriots next weekend.

Baltimore Ravens

On January 12th, the Baltimore Ravens will travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills. The game will be televised on CBS at 1:00 pm EST.

These two teams last met in the Wild Card round of the playoffs in 2017, with the Ravens winning 24-10. The Ravens have won three of their last four meetings with the Bills, but Buffalo won the most recent meeting in 2019 by a score of 17-3.

Baltimore is coming off a dominant performance in their Wild Card round win over the Tennessee Titans, while the Bills had a much closer game against the Indianapolis Colts.

The winner of this game will advance to the AFC Championship game to take on either the Kansas City Chiefs or the Cleveland Browns.

Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams are a professional American football team that compete in the National Football League (NFL). They are a member of the NFC West division. The Rams franchise was founded in 1936 as the Cleveland Rams in the short-lived American Football League (AFL) before joining the NFL the next year. In 1946, the franchise moved to Los Angeles. The Rams franchise remained in the metro area until 1994, when they moved to Anaheim. The Rams franchise returned to Los Angeles in 2016.

The Rams appeared in Super Bowl XIV following the 1979 season, where they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers, 31–19. They reached the playoffs five times between 1981 and 1988 behind quarterback Jim Everett. However, they never again advanced further than the Divisional Round during that entire decade-long stretch, and suffered multiple losing seasons throughout most of that time frame as well

New England Patriots

The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston area. The Patriots compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) East division. The team plays its home games at Gillette Stadium in the town of Foxborough, Massachusetts, which is located 28 miles (45 km) southwest of downtown Boston.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are a professional American football team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Eagles compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) East division. They are one of the oldest teams in the NFL, originally founded as a replacement for the bankrupt Franklin Athletic Club. In 1933, Bert Bell was hired as head coach, and he led them to their first NFL Championship in 1947.

Conference Championships

The Conference Championships are here and there are only four teams left vying for a spot in the Super Bowl. In the AFC, the top-seeded New England Patriots will take on the AFC North Champion Baltimore Ravens. In the NFC, the top-seeded Atlanta Falcons will take on the NFC East Champion New York Giants. Who will win and advance to the Super Bowl?

Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans

The Baltimore Ravens will take on the Tennessee Titans in the AFC Conference Championship this Sunday, January 12th. The Ravens are coming off of a dominant performance against the Buffalo Bills, while the Titans had a much closer game against the Baltimore Ravens. This will be a matchup of two very different styles, as the Titans have been relying on their running game to win games, while the Ravens have been led by their strong defense.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. New England Patriots

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game, 37-31. The Chiefs will face the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LIII.

Super Bowl

The National Football League (NFL) playoffs are a single-elimination tournament held after the end of the regular season to determine the NFL champion. Six teams from each of the league’s two conferences qualify for the playoffs. The tournament culminates in the Super Bowl, the league’s championship game.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Baltimore Ravens are set to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game this Sunday. The winner of this game will advance to the Super Bowl, where they will take on either the San Francisco 49ers or the Green Bay Packers.

The Ravens are led by quarterback Lamar Jackson, who has had an incredible season. He has thrown for 36 touchdowns and just six interceptions, while also running for 1,206 yards and seven touchdowns. The Ravens offense as a whole has been very strong, scoring a total of 592 points this season (an average of 33 per game).

The Chiefs, meanwhile, are led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes missed a couple of games this season due to injury, but he still managed to throw for 4,031 yards and 26 touchdowns. The Chiefs offense isn’t quite as explosive as the Ravens’, but they have still been very good, scoring a total of 544 points this season (an average of 30 per game).

TheRavens and the Chiefs both have strong defenses, so this could be a low-scoring affair. Whoever wins will have earned their spot in the Super Bowl.
