The NFL Playoffs

The National Football League (NFL) playoffs are a single-elimination tournament held after the regular season to determine the NFL champion. Seven teams from each of the two conferences qualify for the playoffs. Four division winners and three wild card teams from each conference compete in the playoffs. The two conference champions then compete in the Super Bowl, the league’s championship game.

Who’s in?

The NFC

The NFC Playoffs began on January 4, 2020, and will end with the NFC Championship Game on January 19, 2020. Here is a look at the teams that made it to the playoffs in the NFC.

The NFC East

The NFC East is a division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). It currently has four members: the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Washington Redskins.

In order to make it to the playoffs, a team must have a winning record. The NFC East is one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL, and as such, all four teams have made it to the playoffs in recent years.

The Dallas Cowboys are the most successful team in the NFC East, having made it to the playoffs a total of 33 times. They have won 20 division championships and five Super Bowls.

The New York Giants have made it to the playoffs 19 times and have won 11 division championships. They have also won four Super Bowls.

The Philadelphia Eagles have made it to the playoffs 18 times and have won 13 division championships. They have also won three Super Bowls.

The Washington Redskins have made it to the playoffs 16 times and have won 14 division championships. They have also won three Super Bowls.

The NFC North

The NFC North is a division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). It consists of four teams located in the Midwestern United States: the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, and Minnesota Vikings.

Since its inception in 2002, the NFC North has been one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL. The Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings have all won division championships, and all four teams have made it to the playoffs multiple times.

The Bears have won the most NFL championships of any team in the NFC North, with nine. The Packers have won eight NFL championships, including four Super Bowls.

The NFC South

The NFC South is a division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The NFC South currently has four member clubs: the Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The NFC West

The National Football Conference – West has been one of the most competitive divisions in the NFL over the past few seasons. The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks have been the two dominant teams, but the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals have also been competitive.

The Rams are the defending NFC champions, and they made it back to the playoffs this season. They were the top seed in the NFC, and they had a bye in the first round of the playoffs. They will play either the Green Bay Packers or the New Orleans Saints in the divisional round.

The Seahawks are also back in the playoffs after missing out last season. They are the fifth seed, and they will play either the Philadelphia Eagles or the Minnesota Vikings in the wild card round.
