Vince Lombardi

Following his sudden death from cancer in 1970, the NFL Super Bowl trophy was named in his honor. He was inducted as a coach into both the Pro Football Hall of Fame and College Football Hall of Fame.
Bart Starr
Bart Starr played quarterback for the Green Bay Packers from 1956 to 1971. He was the Packers’ head coach from 1975 to 1983. Starr was named the Most Valuable Player of the first two Super Bowls and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977.
Max McGee
Max McGee was a wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers from 1954 to 1967. He was also a part of the Packers team that won the first NFL Super Bowl in 1967. McGee was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on June 16, 1932. He played college football at the University of Minnesota before being drafted by the Packers in the seventh round of the 1954 NFL draft. McGee played in seven NFL seasons and was a four-time Pro Bowl selection. He retired from football after the 1967 season and died in 2007 at the age of 75.

The first Super Bowl was played on January 15, 1967, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The Green Bay Packers (11-3) of the Western Conference played the Kansas City Chiefs (11-2-1) of the Eastern Conference. The Packers won the game by a final score of 35–10. Packers quarterback Bart Starr was named the Super Bowl MVP.

Bobby Bell
Bobby Lee Bell Sr. (born July 23, 1940) is a former professional American football linebacker and defensive end who played for the Kansas City Chiefs in the American Football League (AFL) for his entire career from 1963 to 1974. He was a member of the Chiefs’ dynasty that won three AFL championships and one Super Bowl championship. Bell was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1983. He is considered one of the greatest defensive players of all time.

Willie Davis
Willie Davis was one of the most dominant defensive players of his era and a key member of the Green Bay Packers teams that won five NFL championships in the 1960s, including the first two Super Bowls.
A two-time All-Pro and five-time Pro Bowler, Davis was an intimidating force at defensive end, using his 6-foot-3, 250-pound frame to wreak havoc on opposing offenses. He was a key contributor to the Packers’ renowned “Billy Boy” defense, which helped the team win NFL titles in 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966 and 1967.
In addition to his dominance on the defensive side of the ball, Davis was also an excellent offensive lineman, helping pave the way for legendary Packers running back Jim Taylor. He was named first-team All-Pro as an offensive tackle in 1966.
Davis retired after the 1969 season with franchise records for career sacks (104) and games played (187). He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1981.
Herb Adderley
Adderley was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He played collegiately at Michigan State University. As a pro, he played cornerback for the Green Bay Packers (1961-1969) and the Dallas Cowboys (1970-1972). He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1980. Adderley is a member of the NFL 1960s All-Decade Team and was selected to six Pro Bowls.
Jim Taylor
A fullback for the Green Bay Packers, Jim Taylor was one of the key players on the team that won the first ever Super Bowl. He was a bruising runner who was tough to stop, and he played a big role in helping the Packers win the game.
