The third baseman lived up to the hype in 2019, hitting .272/.339/.432 with 15 home runs in 123 games as a 21-year-old rookie. He has All-Star potential and should be a key building block for the Blue Jays as they look to return to contention in the AL East.

Ronald Acuña Jr., OF, Atlanta Braves
Acuna burst onto the scene as a 20-year-old rookie in 2018, hitting .293/.366/.552 with 26 home runs en route to an NL Rookie of the Year award. He followed that up by hitting 41 home runs and stealing 37 bases while posting an .888 OPS in 2019. Acuna has already established himself as one of the game’s best all-around players and should be a mainstay in Atlanta’s lineup for years to come.

Fernando Tatis Jr., SS, San Diego Padres
Tatis made his MLB debut in 2019 at just 20 years old and quickly established himself as one of the game’s most exciting players. In 84 games, he hit .317/.379/.590 with 22 home runs and 16 stolen bases while playing stellar defense at shortstop. Tatis has been compared to Alex Rodriguez and should be a cornerstone player for the Padres as they try to end their playoff drought.
