The NFL season has wrapped up and the awards have been handed out. But who was the Most Valuable Player of the year?
Tom Brady
Tom Brady is an American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He is one of only two players in NFL history to have won seven Super Bowls, and he is the oldest player to have won a Super Bowl at age 43. Brady has also been named the MVP of the NFL three times.
New England Patriots
The New England Patriots are a professional American football team based in the Greater Boston region. The Patriots compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) East division. The team plays its home games at Gillette Stadium in the town of Foxborough, Massachusetts, which is 28 miles (45 km) southwest of downtown Boston.
The Patriots are also headquartered at Gillette Stadium. An original member of the American Football League (AFL), the Patriots joined the NFL in the 1970 merger of the two leagues. The team changed its name from the original Boston Patriots after relocating to Foxborough in 1971. The Patriots played their home games at Foxboro Stadium from 1971 to 2001, then moved to Gillette Stadium at the start of 2002.
The Patriots have appeared in ten Super Bowls in total, winning six of them – all six victories have come since 2001, with four of them coming under head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady. With Brady as quarterback and Belichick as head coach, New England has compiled a 273–133 record, won 19 AFC East titles, and appeared in 16 AFC Championship Games between 2001 and 2019. In addition, they have been successful enough that only two other NFL teams have won more games over that same period: Indianapolis Colts with 277 wins and Green Bay Packers with 269 wins

He attended Butte College in Oroville during Fall semester 2003 where he played football.
