Jacobs has also won numerous hardcore matches during his tenure with WWE, including being the second Grand Slam Champion by capturing all extant titles at that time within WWE.
In October 2019, Kane announced his candidacy for Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. The following month, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the 2020 class.
