Who Will Be the NFL Rookie of the Year?

The NFL season is just getting underway, and there are already a few rookies making a big impact. Who will be the NFL Rookie of the Year?

Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is the favorite to win the 2019 NFL Rookie of the Year Award. Murray was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft and has impressed in the preseason. Expectations

As the second overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft, Nick Bosa has some pretty big shoes to fill. Fortunately, the young defensive end is more than up for the challenge. After an impressive college career at Ohio State University, Bosa is ready to take his game to the next level and prove that he is one of the best players in the league.

He is the son of former NFL running back Lorenzo White, who was a 2nd-round pick of the Houston Oilers in 1988 and went on to play 8 seasons in the league. Devin Bush attended Flanagan High School in Hollywood, Florida, where he was a 3-sport star in football, track & field, and basketball. In football, he was a consensus 5-star recruit and was ranked as the #1 inside linebacker in his class. He committed to play college football at the University of Michigan.

At Michigan, Bush excelled as a linebacker from Day 1. He started all 13 games as a freshman and led the team with 83 tackles. As a sophomore, he again started all 13 games and led the team in tackles (102) while also adding 5.5 sacks and 9 tackles for loss. He was named a 1st-team All-American by the Associated Press and was also named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. After his junior season, he decided to forgo his senior year and declare for the NFL Draft.

Bush was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 10th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
