Who Will Play In The Nba Finals 2021?

We’re just a few weeks away from the 2021 NBA Finals, and the question on everyone’s mind is: who will be playing?

The favorites to make it to the Finals are, of course, the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. But there are a few other teams that could give them a run for their money.

The Houston Rockets and the San Antonio Spurs are both looking strong, and the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Clippers are also contenders.

Los Angeles Lakers

After a long and grueling regular season, the NBA playoffs are finally here. The Los Angeles Lakers are the defending champions and are looking to repeat. They will have to go through a tough road though, as the playoffs are always full of surprises. Who will come out on top?

Anthony Davis

The Los Angeles Lakers are an American professional basketball team based in Los Angeles. The Lakers compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the league’s Western Conference in the Pacific Division. The Lakers play their home games at Staples Center, an arena shared with the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers, the Los Angeles Sparks of the Women’s National Basketball Association, and the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League. The Lakers are one of the most successful teams in the history of the NBA, having won 16 NBA championships, their last being in 2010.

As of 2021, Anthony Davis is the starting power forward for the Lakers.

LeBron James is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is widely considered to be one of the greatest basketball players in NBA history. James has won four NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards, four NBA Finals MVP Awards, and two Olympic gold medals. He has also been selected to 14 NBA All-Star teams, 12 All-NBA teams, and six All-Defensive teams.

Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are a professional basketball team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Bucks compete in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the league’s Eastern Conference Central Division. The team was founded in 1968 as an expansion team, and play at the Fiserv Forum. The Bucks have won one NBA championship (1971), two conference titles (1971, 1974), and 13 division titles (1971–74, 1976, 1980–86, 2001, 2019).

Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo, who goes by the name “The Greek Freak,” is a power forward for the Milwaukee Bucks. He was born in Greece in 1994 and his family immigrated to the United States when he was six years old. Giannis began playing basketball at age nine and attended high school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was drafted by the Bucks in 2013 and became a starter in 2016. Giannis was named the NBA Most Valuable Player in 2019 and 2020. He has led the Bucks to the playoffs four times, including two appearances in the NBA Finals.

Khris Middleton

The 28-year-old forward is in his ninth season with the Bucks and is coming off his second All-Star campaign. He averaged 21.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists while shooting 49.7% from the field and 41.5% from three-point range last season. Middleton is one of the best two-way players in the league and is a big reason why the Bucks have been one of the best teams in the NBA over the past few seasons.

Los Angeles Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers are one of the best teams in the NBA and are led by two superstars in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. The Clippers have a deep roster and are a well-coached team. They are one of the favourites to win the NBA title in 2021.

Kawhi Leonard

Leonard is an American professional basketball player for the LA Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played two seasons of college basketball for the San Diego State Aztecs, and was named a consensus second-team All-American and Mountain West Conference Defensive Player of the Year in his sophomore year. Leonard was selected by the Indiana Pacers with the fifteenth overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft, but was traded to the San Antonio Spurs on draft night.

In his seven seasons with the Spurs, Leonard became a two-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year, winning in back-to-back years (2015 and 2016), and was named to three NBA All-Defensive Teams and three All-NBA Teams. He helped lead the Spurs to an NBA championship in 2014, and was named Finals MVP after averaging 17.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.3 steals per game throughout the playoffs. He was also a member of Team USA at the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup, winning a gold medal.

Paul George

George is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played high school basketball for Knight High School, before being recruited to play college basketball for Fresno State. He was selected by the Indiana Pacers with the 10th overall pick in the 2010 NBA draft, and was later named to the NBA All-RookieTeam. George spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Pacers, where he was a five-time NBA All-Star and four-time All-NBA Team selection. In 2017, he was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis. George won an Olympic gold medal as a member of Team USA in 2014.

In his first season with the Clippers in 2019–20, George averaged 21.0 points per game (ppg), 5.7 rebounds per game (rpg), and 3.9 assists per game (apg), while shooting 45.0% from the field and 39.8% from three-point range. He was named to his sixth NBA All-Star Team and was also named First Team All-NBA for the fourth time in his career. In 2020–21, George averaged 24.8 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 5.4 apg, and 1.3 spg while shooting 45.6% from the field and 40% from three-point range

Brooklyn Nets

Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant is one of the best players in the NBA and has been playing at an extremely high level for many years. He is a two-time NBA Finals MVP and is widely considered to be one of the best players in the world.

Durant has missed the last few weeks of the season with an injury, but he is expected to be back healthy for the NBA Finals. When he is on the court, he is an incredible scorer and playmaker who can take over a game. Durant is also an excellent defender, and he will be a key player for the Nets in the Finals.

Kyrie Irving

Kyrie Irving is one of the best players in the NBA and he will be a big factor in whether or not the Brooklyn Nets make it to the NBA Finals. He is a great scorer and passer and he has the ability to take over a game. The Nets will need him to be at his best if they want to win a championship.
