Who Will Win the NFL MVP in 2022?

We take a look at the top contenders for the NFL MVP award in 2022 and make our predictions for who will take home the trophy.

Tom Brady

While there are many contenders for the NFL MVP in 2022, we believe that Tom Brady will come out on top. Brady is a veteran quarterback who has shown time and time again that he has what it takes to win. He has led his team to success in the past, and we believe he will do it again in 2022.

His experience

Tom Brady is an American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). He had previously played his entire professional career with the New England Patriots, winning six Super Bowls and becoming one of the most decorated players in NFL history.

Brady was born in San Mateo, California, and played college football at the University of Michigan. He was drafted by the Patriots in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft, and went on to back up quarterback Drew Bledsoe for his first two seasons. After Bledsoe’s injury in 2001, Brady took over as the Patriots’ starting quarterback and led them to their first Super Bowl appearance that same year. He became the Patriots’ full-time starting quarterback in 2003 and helped lead them to nine Super Bowl appearances, including victories in Super Bowls XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX, XLIX, LI, LIII. He also holds numerous regular season records, such as most passing yards (79,204) and most passing touchdowns (541).

His performance last year

Tom Brady had another excellent season in 2020, leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to their first Super Bowl win in 18 years. He completed 65.7 percent of his passes for 4,577 yards and 33 touchdowns with just seven interceptions, and he also ran for two touchdowns.

Brady is now 42 years old, but he shows no signs of slowing down. He has said that he wants to play until he’s 45, and there’s no reason to doubt him. He’s still one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, and he should be in the running for MVP again in 2022.

Aaron Rodgers

In my opinion, Aaron Rodgers will be the NFL MVP in 2022. He’s been one of the best quarterbacks in the league for years and he’s only getting better with age. He has a great team around him and I think they’re going to be one of the best teams in the league next year. Rodgers is a great leader and a great player and I think he’s going to have a great season.

His experience

As the most experienced player in the NFL, Rodgers has the advantage over his competitors when it comes to winning the MVP title. He has been in the league for 16 years and has played in a total of 186 games. In these games, he has completed 4,679 of 6,752 passes for 61,582 yards and 420 touchdowns. In addition, he has also run for 1,204 yards and 16 touchdowns. With such an impressive career record, it is no wonder that Rodgers is considered one of the top contenders for the MVP title in 2022.

His performance last year

After winning the Super Bowl in 2020, Rodgers had one of the best statistical seasons of his career in 2021. He threw for 4,299 yards and 48 touchdowns with just five interceptions, leading the Packers to a 13-3 record and another NFC North title. Rodgers also ran for two touchdowns.

Russell Wilson

It’s safe to say that Wilson is one of the frontrunners for the MVP award in 2022. The 32-year-old quarterback is coming off a career year in which he led the Seahawks to an 11-5 record and a playoff berth. Wilson was also named first-team All-Pro and was voted to the Pro Bowl for the sixth time in his career.

His experience

Russell Wilson has been in the NFL for 8 years and has played in some big games. He has also won a Super Bowl. Wilson has great receiving options and a strong offensive line. He also has a great head coach in Pete Carroll. Wilson is a very experienced quarterback and should be in contention for the MVP award in 2022.

His performance last year

Wilson’s career passing yards and touchdown numbers increased for the sixth consecutive season in 2020. He also set career-high marks in passing yards (4,212), touchdown-to-interception ratio (31:5), and passer rating (110.9). He ranked second in the NFL in passing yards, third in touchdown passes, and fourth in passer rating. For his efforts, Wilson was named to his seventh Pro Bowl.

Patrick Mahomes

Unquestionably, the 2022 NFL MVP will be Patrick Mahomes. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is in the prime of his career, and he has already cemented himself as one of the best signal-callers in NFL history. In 2021, Mahomes led the Chiefs to their second consecutive Super Bowl title, and he was named the game’s MVP for the second time in his young career. There is no doubt that Mahomes is the best player in the NFL, and he will continue to dominate the league for years to come.

His experience

Patrick Mahomes has only been in the NFL for three seasons, but he’s already established himself as one of the league’s best quarterbacks. In his first two seasons, he’s led the Kansas City Chiefs to a pair of AFC Championship games, winning one of them. He was also named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player in 2018, becoming the youngest player to ever win the award.

With Mahomes still only 26 years old, it’s fair to say that he has a lot of good football ahead of him. And if he can continue to play at a high level, there’s a good chance he could win multiple MVP awards over the course of his career.

His performance last year

As the reigning Super Bowl MVP, there is no doubt that Patrick Mahomes will be in the running for the NFL MVP award in 2022. After an incredible 2020 season, in which he led the Kansas City Chiefs to their first Super Bowl win in 50 years, Mahomes is poised to have another stellar year.

While there are a number of talented quarterbacks in the league, Mahomes has proven time and again that he is one of the best. His arm strength and accuracy are unparalleled, and his ability to make plays outside of the pocket is second to none. In addition, Mahomes has shown that he can perform under pressure, as evidenced by his come-from-behind win against the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl.

With another year of experience under his belt, and a talented supporting cast around him, there is no reason to believe that Mahomes won’t be in contention for the NFL MVP award once again in 2022.
