Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev is a Ukrainian professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player. He is widely considered to be the best CS:GO player in the world. On February 5th, 2019, he was voted by HLTV.org users as the 2018 Player of the Year. S1mple has also been voted as the MVP of 14 different tournaments.

device, born to Polish parents in the United States, is a professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player. He is currently the in-game leader, lurker and AWPer for Team Liquid. Nicknamed “The Polish Prodigy”, he first began earning recognition in the Counter-Strike: Source scene, before switching to CS:GO in late 2012. He quickly became one of the best players in North America, and was subsequently signed by iBUYPOWER. However, his time with the team was short-lived, as they were embroiled in a match fixing scandal. After a short stint with Denial Esports, he joined Luminosity Gaming in early 2015. With Luminosity, he helped the team win several premier tournaments, including MLG Major Championship: Columbus 2016 – the first Major victory for a Brazilian lineup. In January 2017, he transferred to SK Gaming alongside his Luminosity teammates. In his first year with SK, the team won two Majors – ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018 and FACEIT Major London 2018 – becoming the first ever CS:GO team to win back-to-back Majors. Upon winning his second Major championship with SK Gaming at FACEIT London 2018, device was crowned the HLTV #1 Player of the Year for 2018, making him only the third player to receive this honor more than once.
ZywOo
ZywOo was born in 2000 and is currently a professional CS:GO player. He is considered to be one of the best Counter-Strike players in the world and has helped his team, Team Vitality, win several tournaments. In 2019, he was voted the CS:GO Player of the Year by HLTV.org and he is the first player to ever win the award unanimously.
The Results
The Esports Awards are an annual event that celebrates the best in the competitive gaming industry. This year’s event was held on November 16th at the HyperX Esports Arena in Las Vegas. A range of different games were represented at the event, with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Fortnite, League of Legends, and Overwatch all being nominated in the category of Esports Game of the Year.

And the award for best esports player goes to… Ukrainian pro Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) player Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev, who was crowned ‘Esports Player of the Year’ at The Game Awards 2018 on Thursday night.
The 20-year-old, who plays for Natus Vincere (Na`Vi), was up against some stiff competition, including CS:GO stars Aleksi “allu” Jalli and Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth, as well as Overwatch League MVP Jay “Sinatraa” Won.
In the end, it was s1mple’s incredible individual performances throughout 2018 that saw him take home the coveted prize, which was voted for by a panel of over 50 international media and influencers.

ZywOo
ZywOo is the Results’ player of the year.
The French youngster stood out in 2019 as the only player to be consistently able to compete with s1mple at the top level.
He was a key part of Vitality’s ascension to the top of the Counter-Strike world, culminating in a win at the FACEIT Major in September.
ZywOo was also named Intel’s Player of the Year and won $30,000 as a result.

Denis “ZywOo” Villeangue was an easy choice for the title of best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) player in 2019. The French phenom carried his team, Vitality, to top finishes all year round, with his individual play standing out in almost every tournament they attended.
