The team was founded in 1960 as the Dallas Texans by businessman Lamar Hunt and was a charter member of the American Football League (AFL). In 1963, the team relocated to Kansas City and assumed its current name. The Chiefs joined the NFL as a result of the AFL–NFL merger in 1970. The team is valued at over $2 billion. Hunt’s son, Clark, serves as chairman and CEO.
The Chiefs have won four AFL championships, one NFL championship, and appeared in seven Super Bowls. They won Super Bowl LIV in 2020, their second Super Bowl win in franchise history. Mahomes is the second young quarterback to win a Super Bowl after Drew Brees
who accomplished the feat with the New Orleans Saints at Super Bowl XLIV, and he is also the first Chiefs player to be named Super Bowl MVP since Len Dawson won it in Super Bowl IV.

He played college football at the University of Cincinnati, and was drafted by the Chiefs in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Kelce has been selected to four Pro Bowls and was named First-Team All-Pro in 2016. He is a two-time Super Bowl champion, winning Super Bowl LIV with the Chiefs in 2020, and Super Bowl LV in 2021.

In a close and hard fought battle, the Green Bay Packers came out on top as the NFL champions for the 2022 season. The Packers had a great season, led by their star quarterback Aaron Rodgers. They were able to win close games and make big plays when they needed to. In the end, they were the best team in the NFL and deserved to be the champions.

The 24-year-old Allen is the early favorite at +600 (6-1), followed by Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes at +700 (7-1) and Seattle’s Russell Wilson at +1000 (10-1).

Stefon Diggs (born November 14, 1993) is an American football wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Maryland, and was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. In his second season with the team in 2016, Diggs led the Vikings in receptions and receiving yards, and was selected to the Pro Bowl.
