WWE: Who Won on Day One?
On the first day of WWE’s WrestleMania 37, fans were treated to a number of matches. In the main event, Roman Reigns defeated Edge to retain the Universal Championship. In the co-main event, Bobby Lashley defeated The Miz to become the new WWE Champion. Here are the results of the other matches that took place on Day One of WrestleMania 37.
WWE Monday Night Raw
It was a battle of epic proportions as WWE superstars braved the cold to bring fans an action-packed night of entertainment.
In the first Monday Night Raw of 2020, Roman Reigns continued his path of destruction, demolishing both AJ Styles and Samoa Joe to become the new WWE Universal Champion. In the process, he also ended Styles’ reign as champion, which lasted a record-setting 351 days.
Reigns wasn’t the only one to make a statement on Raw, as The Street Profits defended their Raw Tag Team titles against Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler in a thrilling match. The Profits were able to retain their titles, but not without somehelp from Montez Ford’s wife, Bianca Belair.
Bianca made her presence felt earlier in the night as well, winning a Fatal 4-Way match to become the new number one contender for Becky Lynch’s Raw Women’s Championship. She will face Lynch at Royal Rumble on January 26.
WWE SmackDown Live
The fourth annual WWE pay-per-view event, WWE: Who Won on Day One?, took place on October 9, 2016, at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. The event was SmackDown Live-exclusive and featured Brock Lesnar’s in-ring return to SmackDown.
In the main event, Lesnar defeated Goldberg to become the WWE Universal Champion. Also, AJ Styles retained the WWE World Championship against Dean Ambrose. The show also featured two Money in the Bank Ladder matches; one for the men and one for the women. In the end, Carmella won the women’s match while Baron Corbin won the men’s match.

The second day of WWE action is in the books, and it was another great day of wrestling. Let’s take a look at who won on day two.
WWE Monday Night Raw
On the second night of WWE action, Drew McIntyre successfully defended his WWE Championship against Goldberg, while The Miz defeated Bobby Lashley to become the new WWE United States Champion.
In the Raw Tag Team Championships, The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) retained their titles against Andrade and Angel Garza.
In a six-man tag team match, The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) and Keith Lee defeated AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson.
Finally, in the main event, Braun Strowman defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to retain his WWE Intercontinental Championship.
