But once again, Sinner responded by winning the next two games to retake a 4-3 lead. The two players then held serve for the next three games before Sinner won the final game of the set to close it out 6-4 and win the match.

Second Round

In the second round of the Dubai Tennis Championship, Novak Djokovic defeated Mikhail Youzhny in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3. With the win, Djokovic advanced to the quarterfinals where he will face Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
