Djokovic has won numerous awards, including the Laureus World Sportsman of the Year in 2011 and 2015, being one of only three tennis players (along with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal) to do so. He has also won ATP Player of the Year a record seven times (in 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2020), ATP Tour Finals three times (in 2014, 2015 and 2020), Wimbledon twice (in 2011 and 2020), as well as being on the Serb team which won Davis Cup in 2010. In majors, Djokovic has won 16 Grand Slam singles titles; he is one of eight men to have done so.

In the end, Novak Djokovic couldn’t quite repeat his Wimbledon triumph. The world No. 1 put up a good fight against Roger Federer in the final, but it wasn’t enough as Federer won in straight sets, 7-6 (5), 1-6, 6-3, 6-4.
It was a disappointing result for Djokovic, who had come into the match as the heavy favorite. But ultimately, Federer was just too good on the day, and Djokovic will have to settle for a runner-up finish.
