New Orleans Saints
The New Orleans Saints pulled off a miraculous come-from-behind victory to beat the Houston Texans 34-31 in overtime.
Down by as many as 16 points in the fourth quarter, the Saints rallied behind quarterback Drew Brees to score 19 unanswered points and force overtime.
In the extra period, the Saints got the ball first and Brees drove them down the field for a game-winning touchdown. The victory keeps alive the Saints’ hopes of winning the NFC South division and earning a spot in the playoffs.
Los Angeles Rams
The Los Angeles Rams are a professional American football team that compete in the National Football League (NFL). The Rams franchise was founded in 1936 as the Cleveland Rams in the short-lived second American Football League (AFL) before joining the NFL the next year. In 1946, the franchise moved to Los Angeles. The Rams franchise remained in the metro area until 1994, when they moved to Anaheim Stadium. The Rams franchise returned to Los Angeles in 2016.
The Rams won three NFL championships, and are the only team to win championships representing three different cities (Cleveland in 1945, Los Angeles in 1951, and St. Louis in 1999). They played in Super Bowl XIV, XVIII, and XXIV. The Rams have been divisional champions seven times and conference champions five times.
Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs are a professional American football team based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Chiefs compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) West division. The team was founded in 1960 as the Dallas Texans by businessmen Lamar Hunt and Clint Murchison Jr., and became the Kansas City Chiefs in 1963. The Chiefs joined the AFL in their inaugural season of 1960 as charter members.
