As of September 2019, Tom Brady is the highest paid QB in the NFL, with an annual salary of $27 million. He is followed by Drew Brees, who makes $25 million per year.
Aaron Rodgers
As of 2019, the highest paid QB in the NFL is Aaron Rodgers, who is making an annual salary of $33.5 million.
Russell Wilson
Russell Wilson is the highest paid quarterback in the NFL, with an annual salary of $35 million. Wilson signed a four-year, $140 million extension with the Seattle Seahawks in 2019, which made him the highest-paid player in NFL history at the time. Wilson has led the Seahawks to six playoff appearances and one Super Bowl win in his eight seasons with the team.
Ben Roethlisberger

Newton is followed by Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who earns an annual salary of $19 million. New Orleans Saints’ quarterback Drew Brees rounds out the top three, with an annual salary of $18 million.
