In the National Football League (NFL), the rushing title is awarded to the player who gains the most rushing yards over the course of a season. Currently, this record is held by New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley, who rushed for 1,307 yards during the 2019 season.

Ezekiel Elliot of the Dallas Cowboys is the current leading rusher in the NFL as of Week 10 of the 2019 season. Although Todd Gurley of the Los Angeles Rams has more touchdowns, Elliot has more total yards.
